PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CLASS 2.0 PDP 2.O is designed for the student that is serious about developing as a professional artist and is determined to take their career in hand and be all they can be. Students will take the first year (and then subsequent years) of their Personal Declaration of Independence (“Personal DOIN’”) plan and gain instruction on how to administer it on a daily basis. The program is ultimately focused on the manifestation of the student’s overall goals and career trajectory by sustaining one's effort through daily actions that propel one closer to realizing dreams. Emphasizing accountability and daily action, PDP 2.0 ensures that students effectively utilize and maximize tools learned. PDP 1.0 graduates are invited to join PDP 2.0 as it is an extension of the PDP 1.0 with more in-depth strategies to advance personally and professionally. Richard will lead the students in manifesting their Personal Declaration of Independences. He will utilize his 40 years as a highly successful actor and his 30 years as a highly successful and master teacher in leading, counseling, guiding, teaching and empowering actors to fulfill their dreams. He will utilize his extensive knowledge and experience to teach them aspects of the business that would otherwise be difficult to ascertain on their own or take 5 to 20 years to put it all together.
