PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CLASS 3.0 PDP 3.0 is exclusively open by invitation only to current students in PDP 2.0 who exhibit a high work ethic and fervent passion for creating their careers. Structured as an apprenticeship/exchange program, PDP 3.0 students gain the unique opportunity to be mentored by Richard Lawson in their career development while holding a specific position in the company (i.e. marketing, finance, graphics, etc.). PDP 3.0 incorporates the same techniques as PDP 2.0 but with more intensity and practical application through position-related responsibilities. The program is ultimately focused on the manifestation of the student’s overall goals and career trajectory by sustaining one's effort through daily actions that propel one closer to realizing dreams. Emphasizing accountability and daily action with the added benefit of first hand, one-on-one experience with Richard and learning the intricacies of managing an entertainment-related enterprise, PDP 3.0 ensures that students effectively utilize and maximize tools learned in the PDP 2.0 to advance to the next level personally and professionally. Richard will lead the students in manifesting their Personal Declaration of Independences. He will utilize his 40 years as a highly successful actor and his 30 years as a highly successful and master teacher in leading, counseling, guiding, teaching and empowering actors to fulfill their dreams. He will utilize his extensive knowledge and experience to teach them aspects of the business that would otherwise be difficult to ascertain on their own or take 5 to 20 years to put it all together.
